1.      Traffic signs and markers, warning , mandatory signs

2.      Car registration documents, drivers license

3.      Traffic violations list and penalties from LTO

CONDITIONS:

            Students / trainees must be provided with the following.

1.      A good running vehicle

2.      Xerox copies of car registration and drivers license

3.      Copy of traffic violations and penalties
